Retail Prodigy Group are TOMS and Timbuk2 Brand Distribution partner in Australia. 

We are looking for the most driven, passionate and motivated retail manager to join our TOMS and Timbuk2 Little Collins St as the flagship Multisite Store Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work across two up and coming brands as they grow a rapid rapport within the Australian market place. We are looking for a Manager who has the desire to build a career with a with a multi branded company.

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for Nike stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brands, TOMS and Timbuk2. With a current portfolio of 55 Nike, 3 TOMS and 2 Timbuk2 stores, we re a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in retail.

The Role: 

Reporting to the General Manager of New Business, you will be responsible for leading two stores to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, recruiting and retaining top talent, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your stores and the RPG community.

As the Multi Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store and setting a high standard for your team to follow. You will be driven to meet and exceed company sales and KPI objectives whilst developing strategies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational standards. You will lead by example in driving a culture passionate about providing the Ultimate Customer Experience through Authentic, Distinctive & Connected experiences to every customer, every day. 


To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • A solid background and sufficient experience as a retail Store Manager, comprehensively leading a team to succeed.    
  • Unrelenting commitment and the ability to build team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience 
  • Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals 
  • CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business 
  • The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
