Who Are We?

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for NIKE stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS.

With a current portfolio of 46 stores and 700 team mates, we continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

The role:

This role will see you leading the design, development and implementation of learning solutions that enable our people to reach their maximum potential. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, undertake learning needs analysis and develop/deliver training to all levels. The role also includes coaching and mentoring others to deliver learning across the business.

You will work closely with RPGs CEO, Subject Matter Experts, brand partners and external providers to develop learning strategies and solutions.

Key accountability:

The role is responsible for inspiring and driving a learning culture through undertaking business wide learning needs analysis and delivering engaging learning solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required:

A relevant Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience working in Learning & Development.

A Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE)

Ability to manage budgets and develop an L&D Strategy

 

Highly Regarded:

Experience in people management

Experience in the Retail Industry

Experience with LMS admin

Experience in instructional design

Experience in development of Leadership and Management programs

Experience dealing with or working for Registered Training Organisations

Ability to manage projects
