We have an exciting full time Parental Leave opportunity for a highly passionate, proactive and motivated individual to join our Support Office team as a Loss Prevention Coordinator.


Who Are We?

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for NIKE stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS.

With a current portfolio of 46 stores and 700 team mates, we continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

The role:

This role will see you monitoring and managing risk, to ensure stock and cash are appropriately managed within RPG.
This will include stocktakes, reporting, reviewing and investigating.

You will work closely with RPG's Group Finance Manager, Area Managers the Store Team Members and external providers.

Key accountability:

To provide reporting and information to the Retail Team & Finance Manager, ensuring that loss within RPG is monitored and mitigated.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a loss prevention coordination role.
  • Good understanding of retail operations.
  • Comprehensive communication skills; across multiple levels and functions, both internally and externally.
  • This role requires the need to travel throughout the year to conduct Store LP audits across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Maintain a strong investigation  management system to ensue that all breaches are dealt with in a timely matter internal and external.  
  • Understanding of stocktake processes and management to assist in continuous improvement.

Highly Regarded:

  • Depth knowledge  and experience in Loss Prevention techniques.
  • Experience in the Retail Industry and operations.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft excel.
