Based on the growth plans for RPG, we have created a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Specialist.

Who Are We?

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for NIKE stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS. We have also recently been appointed as the lead Retail operations partner for its Samsung Experience Stores (SES) in Australia.

With a current portfolio of 48 stores and 700 teammates, we continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

The role:

This role will see you using the existing customer database to maximize the frequency of visits and average transaction value resulting in increased annual sales across all RPG brands.
You will work closely with RPG’s Group Marketing Manager and brand partners to build proactive strategies to create customer relationships.

Key accountability:

Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with our customers across all RPG brands that builds loyalty and increased lifetime value.

Key responsibilities:

  • EDM execution by brand aligned with the marketing calendar and strategy
  • Project management of marketing activities and events for existing customers
  • Design, develop and execute campaigns including segmented journeys
  • Ensure Database accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Segment database for targeted marketing activities.
  • Respond to store marketing queries within 24 hours and resolve issues
  • Complete and monitor key analytics on weekly basis, including maintaining the marketing dashboard for all brands.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required:

  • Salesforce Marketing cloud and/or Klavio experience (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SMB
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • EDM Marketing experience
  • Experience working with marketing agencies
