Based on the growth plans for RPG, we have created a new and exciting opportunity for a E-Commerce Specialist.

Who Are We?

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for NIKE stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS. We have also recently been appointed as the lead Retail operations partner for its Samsung Experience Stores (SES) in Australia.

With a current portfolio of 48 stores and 700 teammates, we continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

The role:

Design and development of content and copy that improves the customer experience, engagement and conversion

Key accountability:

As the eCommerce Specialist you will be responsible for Improving Customer Experience and Conversion on all RPG brand websites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer experience design, development and execution
  • Maximize conversion and engagement through implementing best practice strategies
  • Merchandising of product including tags, attributes, pricing and positioning.
  • Operation and administration of brand websites
  • Manage navigation, sorting, filtering
  • Monitor performance of pages including heat mapping analysis
  • Managing promotions and events online
  • Reporting on key KPI’s as per agreed cadence

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required:

  • Knowledge and experience using Shopify Plus
  • Good understanding of google analytics
  • Experience in implementing ecommerce strategies with a focus on customer experience and conversion.
  • Proven experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello and Asana
  • Proven experience in working with agencies
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in SMB
