Retail Prodigy Group proudly holds the distribution rights for U.S brands, TOMS and Timbuk2 as well as the master retail franchise for Nike stores in Australia and New Zealand. We are a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in reital.

The Role
This role is responsible for maximising sales opportunities, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our store locations in AUS.

  • Reviewing upcoming orders, allocate to stores based on the Buyers assortment plans incorporating seasonal knowledge.
  • Store quantification and inventory management
  • Ensure all stores have sufficient stock to support monthly window initiatives
  • Formulate action plans to maximise sales
  • Provide buyer with seasonally relevant size curve analysis to be incorporated into buy.
  • Analyse and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure Open to Buy budgets are adhered to
  • Performing store visits, market analysis

To perform this job successfully you need to have the following experience, knowledge, skill, and/or behaviours:

  • Minimum of 2 years allocation experience in the retail environment
  • Ability to be a team player and achieve deadlines
  • Experience and understanding of working to KPI's and business drivers
  • Ability to identify and respond to needs of end customer
  • Ability to capitalise on current trends, and identify future trends
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and then execute them in a sustainable way
  • Manage multiple tasks on a day to day basis and prioritise workload accordingly.
