Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team as the HR Coordinator at our Brighton Support Office, VIC. 

Who Are We?

Retail Prodigy Group holds the master retail franchise for NIKE stores across Australia and New Zealand together with the distribution rights for U.S. brand, TOMS. We have also recently been appointed as the lead Retail operations partner for its Samsung Experience Stores (SES) in Australia.

With a current portfolio of 48 stores and 700 teammates, we continue to be on the lookout for other Premium Brands and are committed to setting new benchmarks in retail.

The role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with all members of the HR Team to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • Provide first level guidance and advisory support to employees regarding RPG policies & procedures, HR processes & practices in Australia and New Zealand (with the support of your team, escalating when required)
  • Oversee the HR Support and Recruitment inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner 
  • Prepare HR reports as required
  • On board new athletes, including set up on Payroll, Point of Sale and Training systems 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales Specialists via PageUp including; creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone screens, booking and organising interviews, conducting reference checks and offers, and generating contracts
  • Assist with the recruitment of Management roles when required 
  • Ensure all employee documentation is retained and filled promptly 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in an administrative role, and a background with HR (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer focused attitude and a passion for people
  • Good communication skills; across multiple levels and functions, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a discreet manner and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and prioritise workload accordingly
  • Works collaboratively as a team player and independently
