Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Operations and Service Manager for our Samsung store in Chadstone, VIC.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the RPG community.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers
  • Operational compliance within back of house 
  • Inventory management and data accuracy
  • Responsible for supporting customer escalations
  • Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service
  • Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience within a Service, Stock Management or Operations role 
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
