Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to drive -growth and profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of talented individuals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation. 

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

• Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company’s values.
• Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
• Full Time availability including late night trade and weekend hours.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
