The Role

This role is responsible for maximising sales opportunities, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time across our store locations in both AUS and NZ.

• Place weekly store replenishment orders across both carryover and seasonal styles
• Ensure that launch & campaign product is allocated appropriately and arrives in store ahead of required date
• Work closely with Buyer to identify opportunities to maximise seasonal sell through
• Operate within Open To Buy budgets, but communicate and provide supporting analysis should additional opportunity exist
• Maintain optimum store capacity levels
• Analyse store and sales performance to identify trends and recommend opportunities
• Regularly communicate with Nike to track product delivery status
• Deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience to our stores

To perform this job successfully you need to have the following experience, knowledge, skills and/or behaviours:

• Some prior retail allocation experience preferable but not essential
• Completed a Bachelors level degree within a related field preferable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Have an inquisitive and analytical mind, with an eye for detail when working with data
• Manage multiple tasks on a day to daily basis and prioritise workload accordingly to meet deadlines
• Ability to capitalise on current trends, and identify future trends
• Experience and understanding of working to KPI's and business drivers
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as required.
• Effective communicator and decision maker
